NAME:...Dave "QP" Trusnik...AGE:...18...LOCATION:...Cleveland, Ohio
HOBBIES:
DRUMS AND PERCUSSION(of course), GIGIN, CONCERTS, SHOOTING POOL, BEER, AND ALWAYS (GIRLS)!!!!

I am a Drummer and multi percussionist and I always will be!!! I've been playing now for 14 years and let me tell ya thats not that much but I am only 18, so that means that I started at the age of 4, I have played on toy sets and pots and pans before that so I am told. I had a yamaha 5 piece kit until I was around 12, 13 years of age then it started to grow......since I had one bass drum I got a double pedal, and 4 more rack toms, and a another crash. When I turned 15 I had added a 2nd china, and I had (by luck) aquired 2 more bass drums and a nice floor tom. I kept addin and practicin!! I wasn't very good yet but I was determined to be good....it wasn't till I was about 15 when I started to really progress in Drums.
Between the time of being 16 and 17 I had seen a few clinics, I have seen Dave Weckl, Tony Verderosa, Mike Portnoy, Steve Smith, Rod Morgenstein, Alex Acun, and my IDOL and favorite the one and only TERRY BOZZIO!!! After I saw him in clinic I new right then and there what is going to make my playing improve extremely, I couldn't believe the independence that he had and I wanted it and I practice everyday to try to achieve as much much as I can so that I will have that kind of control over my playing when I am older.
Now that I am 18 my playing has seriously taken a toll into the mature side of Drums. My kit set is basically from the floor up I use three bass drums, 6 mounted toms, 3 floor toms, a set of timbales(on my left), 2 snare drums, 3 hi hats with one spoxe hi hat, four chinas, 4 crashes, 4 splashes, a tom mounted vertically for a pedal, 4 cowbells on my right, one cowbell off of my right bass drum, a cowbell on my timbales, and bar chimes. I will soon be adding a Kitchen sink(don't ask cause I don't know why either)!!!
